51 Jay Street was looking to revitalize their branding and marketing materials with the hopes of reaching new buyers with a fresh approach that better showed the remarkable aspects of the residence. With an emphasis on the building’s structural uniqueness, we designed a grid system based on the warehouse-style of the building.
This project would not have been possible without so many talented people and designers.
